Organisations

An organisation in your platform represents a single entity such as a company, business, partnership, or charity. Every organisation must have a unique partner ID assigned at creation. This partner ID cannot be changed once the organisation is created.

Users

All organisations must have at least one associated admin user to ensure that the organisation has a point of contact should compliance requirements dictate that is necessary.

Contacting users

In rare circumstances, our compliance department may need to contact a user directly using the details you provided (e.g., for further KYC/KYB verification). Rest assured, Crezco will never use the provided user information for anything other than compliance verification.

Bank account connections

Organisations can have multiple connections, where each connection links a bank account to the organisation. This allows an organisation to initiate and manage payments from different accounts as needed.

Organisation features

Each organisation may have certain features enabled or disabled. Some features might require additional verification steps or enhanced compliance checks.

Verifying an organisation

Every organisation has a verification status indicating whether it meets the requirements to process payments. The status also shows if additional compliance steps are needed.
